PT. MRT Jakarta Wins Rising Star Companies Award

PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) won the Rising Star Companies award at Obsession Awards 2020 event held by Obsession Media Group to the outstanding and inspiring figures, ministries, institutions, BUMNs, BUMDs, and companies.

We are Jakarta Provincial Government's BUMD in transportation sector which only started operating last year

PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) President Director, William P. Sabandar thanked the Obsession Media Group for the award given to PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda).

"We are Jakarta Provincial Government's BUMD in transportation sector which only started operating last year. We can achieve this Rising Star award because of full support from Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan and all ranks in Jakarta Provincial Government, as well as Transportation Ministry, central government, and also support from MRT Jakarta personnel and MRT Jakarta users," he stated, Friday (12/4).

MRTJ Start Incubator Program is Expected to Support Digital Startup Business

According to him, this award would encourage his side to realize MRT Jakarta's goals for increasing mobility and improving life quality for entire community.

"PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) also congratulated Mrs. Fery Farhati Ganis for achieving Best Women's Empowerment award and Ms. Polana Banguningsih Pramesti, the Head of Jabodetabek Transportation management Agency for achieving Best Bureaucrats award, and Prof. Dr. Emil for achieving Lifetime Achievement Award," he mentioned.

He informed that currently PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) is currently developing a new business model in form of transit oriented development and intermodal integration.

He said that PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) will always create new innovations in order to give optimal service for public transportation users and entire community.
